This year has brought us so many bags, some of them questionable, while others were exceptional. We thought it fitting to give thanks for the latter. If there’s anything you should be adding to your wishlist, make sure it’s these bags – and hope that one ends up under your tree this holiday season.
Christian Dior: Ultra-Matte Saddle Bag
Dior jumped on the bandwagon for monochrome trends and hit it out of the park with this winning combination of tonal matte hardware and matching leather.
Bottega Veneta: The Pouch
Creative Director Daniel Lee had us all falling in love with this cloud-shaped bag when every influencer bombarded us with a seemingly endless series of dreamy images on Instagram.
Chanel: Side-Pack Bags
Managing to once again remind us that more is more, Chanel introduced a chic way to wear two bags at the same time so we can be just the right amount of extra.
Hermès: Bleu du Nord Kelly
While we are always thankful for the Kelly, this year we’re grateful for the vibrant new color Bleu du Nord. Introduced for Spring 2019, this shade of blue falls somewhere between Blue Atoll (a bit darker) and Celeste (a bit deeper) on the Hermès color spectrum.
Gucci: Zumi Shoulder Bag
This little bag packs a punch. Clean lines, mixed hardware, and versatile carry options make this compact bag the perfect companion.
